We are regulated under the EU GDPR if you are based in the EU. CarBeat Chasing Cars is responsible as a ‘controller’ of personal information for the purposes of those laws.<\/p>\n\n

Payments<\/h2>\n\n

We are using Stripe<\/a> as our payment gateway. To place a bid on our site you will inform us with your name, address, mail, phone and bank details. The bank details will be encrypted by Stripe<\/a> the second you press the send button. Read about our terms here (in danish)<\/a><\/p>\n\n

Comments<\/h2>\n\n

<\/strong>When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.<\/p>\n\n

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https:\/\/automattic.com\/privacy\/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.<\/p>\n\n
